I think I am missing an issue. How do I request a replacement copy?
Before sending in a claim for a replacement copy,

Schedule to verify the date the issue was shipped.
To request a replacement copy, please visit our Online
Claim Form. Once you have completed the form and received confirmation
by e-mail, a replacement copy will be dispatched from our warehouse
within 10 working days. If you are a customer in the U.S., please
allow 4–6 weeks for surface shipping. If you are a customer
outside the U.S., please allow 60–90 days for shipping. If
we are unable to fill your claim for any reason, an explanation
will be sent to the e-mail you have provided on the Claim
Form.

I have not received any issues. When do my membership and subscription begin?
Membership is based on a calendar year. Generally,
we assume that if you join a society before September 1, your membership
is for the current calendar year, and you will receive the affiliated
journal’s issues that have been published during that calendar
year (some of which will be back issues) unless you indicate when
you join that you would like your subscription to begin at some
other time. Before sending in a claim for any replacement copy,
