Rates and Deadlines

Please confirm advertising rates, dimensions, and deadlines on each journal's landing page or download the Journals Advertising Rate Catalog (PDF)


Please supply print ads as high-resolution, press-optimized PDF files (created using "Press Quality" PDF export settings). Unless otherwise noted, all ads are grayscale. Color ads should be in CMYK color space. No bleeds. Embed all images and fonts. Photos/halftones should be at least 300 DPI; line art should be at least 900 DPI. File dimensions must match ad dimensions with no trim/bleed/crop marks.


25% off when reserving ads in four consecutive issues
15% off when reserving ads in two journals in a single order
25% off when reserving ads in three or more journals in a single order
Discounts cannot be combined.


Advertising content is subject to publisher approval. The filename for each ad should be clearly marked with the name of the journal and issue in which it is to appear. Invoices and tear sheets will be sent following publication. Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date. The publisher’s liability for any error will not exceed the cost of the space. Due to production costs already incurred, reservations that are not canceled prior to the closing date will be invoiced for the full amount of the reservation, whether or not the ad appears in the journal.
