Booker at Twenty

Coinciding with the twentieth anniversary of the Supreme Court’s landmark decision in United States v. Booker, the contributors to this issue of Federal Sentencing Reporter reflect on how much, and how little, the ruling has changed the federal sentencing landscape over the past two decades. Authors also propose ways to improve federal sentencing under the constitutional framework Booker created.
